Telesales/Sales Administrator
Markfield | Full Time | Permanent | £17000 p/a

Job Description and Requirements

Our client is looking for an experienced Telesales Person to join their team, the role will involve working in a busy Sales Administration office.

You will be responsible for obtaining orders, following up quotations and attain sales leads. You will also be involved in identifying opportunities to increase their client base, book appointments for the Business Development Manager, maintain the customer database including sales enquiries and customer records. The role will also involve generating reports, provide an administration support to quotation and order processing along with completing the customer surveys on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Telesales environment, along with excellent administration skills along with excellent IT skills. You will be comfortable speaking directly with clients over the telephone and have the ability to build successful working relationships.
