Our client is based on the outskirts of Melton Mowbray, they are looking for an experienced Internal Account Co-ordinator to join their busy Customer Service Account office.
The position will involve general administration, answering general and specific phone calls/emails from clients and potential clients. Effective communication with clients and internal customers, dealing with sales enquiries. Order processing and maintaining supply. You will be required to process and track client orders working with variety of systems. You will also provide administrative support to the Sales Managers and Key Accounts Managers.
The ideal candidate will be articulate in written communication and have a good telephone manner, You will be self motivated and self reliant, you will be responsible for all incoming phone calls, emails from existing and potential clients. You will be in involved in all aspects of Administration. A practical working ability to speak German would be an advantage.
