all:access is a necessary additional part of the application, this part is engineered to allow teachers to authorise student placement for employers who have been health and safety checked and passed.
If an employer needs to be risk-assessed before a work experience or diploma placement can be authorised, this application will automatically request the learning organisers to conduct a visit. In conjunction with this feature, the teacher can also track the progress and status of placements.
Also supported is the function to export the database to MS Excel to be used by the schools, and if required, documentation can be printed.
If contact is required, we have incorporated an in-built messaging system so that teachers can message Learning Organisers.

Managing Student Requests / Wishlist
Students can setup a personal 'wish list' of places they wish to do their work experience at (including adding additional places that are not on the database), these requests are then managed by the Admin / Coordinator.

Keeping Track of Health and Safety Checks
'Simple to use' facility to show (and manage) which places require a Health and Safety check, which places have passed and which has lapsed. If needed, simple to allocate a date, inspector and comments section for each place.

Keeping School Information Up to Date
An easy and quick way to manage and edit information, including all contact information.

Advanced Search Facility
Varying ways of searching, introducing the Diploma Search, capability to search each placement by Qualification - type of Diploma, Level Awarding Body and an uncomplicated to use 'tree' showing each unit of the diploma.
