all:safe is a secure online and offline based application which runs alongside all:together. This application has been designed and built to cater for all needs and demands that a health and safety visit would warrant. A bonus to this application is that it can be used at the same time by a number of learning organisers who require to update health and safety visit information on-line.
The reason why this application is so important and requested by clients to work alongside all:together is our system holds up to date health and safety check information of the visits. This includes notifications of forthcoming visits, expired visits and information on who is going to be checking a certain employer. It will also inform if the check has been done previously with a full summary, showing results, plans and the organiser.
All employers must be health and safety approved.

Capturing Declaration
To compliment the ease-of-use system, we include a 'digital pen', once Health and Safety checks are completed and Employer Declaration is needed, it's a simple 'sign-here' on a provided laminate with the pen and the signature is complete.

Customise Health and Safety Questions
An uncomplicated Health and Safety Application. A simple 'tick and more comment' system for complete effortlessness. Due to being remote, once internet connection is established, data will be sent and updated straightaway.

In order to improve the whole Health and Safety visiting process, we also provide a compact notebook with this package. This will self-update every time we update the application, so you don’t have to worry about any of the technical details. This is a very unique feature, and one which has been very successful.
