A web based ILP (Individual learning plan) application, enabling teachers to track students/pupils performance against personally set targets, with built in functionality such as performance reviews to target setting.
The whole application, as based online, provides the student with a personal insight into their own future, allowing them to help direction for their future. This assistance is carried out in a multitude of ways, from simple questionnaires, to games to a powerful CV builder.
The application links to any school or college MIS / CIS database, this enables full capture of student and course data.

A simple but extensive editing tool. Allowing options to change like contact details, school information, progression and resetting of passwords.

A straightforward and easy to use CV builder, broken down in parts to help the user manage and develop each section of their CV. Once completed, the CV is built, leaving the user options to view, print or even save to the pc.
