Our LMS system is a very powerful application regarding the amount of options that the course Administrators / Instructors have.
Courses can be created, deleted or edited upon request, alongside this, students can be assigned, accepted or rejected to the specific course, and also Instructors can be assigned to Course Leader role.
Courses also have the option of having an expiry date, or an activation date; this allows plenty of scope for planning for future scheduling of courses or assuring that no past courses are still available.
Also supported is the function to export reports to MS Excel, and if required, documentation can be printed.

As Administrator, an important task is to manage all courses that are on the database. This can be done as often as you wish, adding additional courses to the database, going in detail as much as you wish, including which school, owner (tutor), resources (files allocated to the course) and the users who are to be on the course.
A straightforward way to keep the students all up to date with the latest news. Can be customised to target learners, tutors or administrators and if is date specific.
Full and comprehensive list of all users on the database, each with contact details and manager information. Also the ability to edit, delete and add a student or administrator.
This section is to support courses on the database. Files can be uploaded to help the support, ranging from simple text documents to videos. Each can be tailored to target different users. The user will then have access to download these files for support.
This section is for the administrator to keep track on who and when people have logged into their account. Also shows any changes regarding the database.
